Tucked inside the Rancho California RV Park, about 26 minutes from the retreat, Chad’s Lakeside Kitchen is one of our favorite local finds. The setting is very casual, but the Italian food is excellent. It is open from 6am to 9pm, so you can stop in for breakfast or settle in for a relaxed dinner. Weekends get busy, so call ahead for a reservation.
